AI Integration

The systems your marketing runs on.

AI Integration: connected systems artwork
THE PROBLEM

Everyone has the license. The AI knows nothing about your business, the prompts live in one person's head, and the output still gets rewritten by hand. What's missing isn't a tool. It's context, a method, and somebody who ships.

WHAT YOU GET

A

Marketing Memory

Your AI, running on a managed context of your brand, market, voice, and method. Scoped to what is yours. Refreshed monthly.

B

Content Engine

Drafting in your voice with a verification pass before anything ships. Volume without the rewrite.

C

Reporting That Writes Itself

Server-side tracking, one dashboard, and a monthly narrative short enough for a CEO to read.

D

Tools & Assistants

Calculators, checkers, and assistants that answer, qualify, and book. Each one a conversion asset. Healthcare builds ship with written claims and privacy guardrails.

START

A two-week audit: every workflow, data source, and content process mapped. Three to five builds, ranked, with the math. One of them shipped inside the audit.

CADENCE

Fixed-scope builds. Then a monthly run: refresh the context, extend the system, measure what it did.

THE RULE

If it can't be measured, it doesn't get built.

A managed brain beats an unmanaged license.

QUESTIONS

Which AI do you build on?

The one you already pay for, Claude or ChatGPT. The model is the part you own. What you're buying from us is the part it lacks: a managed context of your brand, market, voice, and method, scoped to what's yours and refreshed monthly. Ask your AI what your company sells and read the answer. That gap is the job.

Do you replace our agency or our team?

No. The systems are built for the people you already have. Your agency drafts inside the context we maintain, so first drafts land in your voice and the hand rewrite goes away. Your team gets one dashboard and a monthly narrative without building either. The monthly run refreshes the context and extends the system, which keeps both current.

What about patient data or FDA claims?

Nothing restricted enters a context bundle. The audit maps every data source, and we mark the restricted ones out before a build starts, so patient data never becomes part of the context we build. Healthcare builds carry a written guardrail covering claims and privacy, and your compliance contact reviews it before the build ships. If the guardrail says a claim can't be made, the tool doesn't make it.

How is it priced?

Three line items. The audit is a fixed fee. Each build is scoped and priced before we start it, so the number you approve is the number you pay. The monthly run is a flat retainer covering the refresh, the extensions, and the measurement. We don't bill hourly. If a build can't be measured, it doesn't get scoped, so you're not paying for work nobody can check.

How fast?

The audit takes two weeks. In that window we map every workflow, data source, and content process, rank three to five builds with the math behind each, and ship the first one before the audit closes. The rest follow as fixed-scope builds, each one done in weeks. You see one system working before you commit to anything more.
