QUESTIONS

How is this different from hiring an agency?

An agency executes channels. It rarely owns strategy, budget, or the number. A fractional CMO sits on your side of the table, sets direction, manages the vendors (agencies included), and answers for pipeline in your leadership meetings. We challenge the budget line by line. And because the build capability is in-house, when the diagnosis says "fix the homepage," we ship the homepage.

How fast does it start working?

The diagnostic takes two weeks and covers everything that touches revenue: funnel, spend, team, and the numbers. It ends in a written diagnosis and a ranked plan with math behind it. Fixes start shipping in the first weeks, because we build in-house and nothing waits on a project brief. From there the weekly operating rhythm takes over, and the monthly numbers review says what each dollar did and what it should do next.

What if we already have a marketing team and agencies?

Keep the team. Pointing the people you already pay at one plan is most of the job. A common pattern: teams get sharper under someone who can rank the work and defend the priorities. We do that; your team ships against it. Good agencies and freelancers stay. Vendors tend to perform differently when the person reviewing their work has done their job before, and we cut the ones that don't earn their line in the budget.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Long enough to be judged fairly. The diagnostic comes first, and you can stop there: keep the plan and run it yourself, or bring us in. If you bring us in, the engagement is a standing monthly rhythm that continues as long as it keeps earning itself, measured against the goals set in that first diagnosis. We build the engine to run without us. Hire us out of the job.
